Well for a Chinese knock off that is. If you’re one of the many unfortunate people who can’t afford a Lamborghini Murcielago, but wanting a super sports car maybe this is the car for you (probably not actually).
The knock off Lamborghini retails for a paltry $66,000 and this apparently looks so good (we haven’t seen it in person so we’re taking other people’s word here!) to the general public they won’t be able to tell that it’s a knock off.
Whilst it may be able to talk the talk, it can’t really walk the walk. The stats say that the standard 2.2litre four-cylinder will move it 0-100km/h in 9 seconds compared to 3.6seconds and will continue to a top speed of 200km/h compared to 330km/h. So whilst it’s no slouch, it’s no real Lamborghini either. If you’re wanting to get closer to Lambo speeds you can add a V6 or V8 but that’s going to push the price up.
I think it’s safe to say that we won’t be seeing this on roads any time soon in Australia, however who knows? Because they’re hard to spot maybe we have some already here?
