Ford Ranger XLS

Ford Australia has added the Ranger XLS to the Australian line up to tempt private and small business customers.

The Ford Ranger XLS will be a feature packed model starting at $48,090 and will be part of 21 other combinations which the Ranger is available in. Some would say that the number of combinations/models is too much. Would you (despite it not looking all that bad)?

The XLS itself is based off the 4×4 XL Double Cab with the same 3.2litre engine and six-speed manual transmission. It does bring better exterior looks and a more comfortable interior which means the gap between the XL and XLT is finally closed.

A locking rear diff, 16-inch alloys, front foglights, carpets and some bonus exterior trim highlights comes standard. In addition you’ll also receive cruise control, power windows and mirrors, remote central locking, multifunction steering wheel, automatic headlamps and a 3500kg towing capacity.

It’s expected that the Ranger XLS will be available from May in Ford Dealers.
