A good friend of ours spotted what looks to be the Holden VF Commodore SS out in the wild! Spotted in a Melbourne suburb, left all alone which meant our friend was able to get up close to check it out.

Whilst it wasn’t possible to confirm 100% as all other badges were covered up but the SS tell-tale signs are there. Those signs include the rear wings, SSV Redline wheels and the quad-exhaust tail pipes.

Holden has revealed the SSV variant of the VF Commodore, however if you see the shots and compare them you’ll notice that there are slight differences including the brakes and spoiler. On the interior it has been covered up so unfortunately we weren’t able to spy anything on the inside.

It’s great to see the car in the wild and this certainly is the best looking generation for the Commodore. We can’t wait to get behind the wheel and put it through its paces!

Thanks for the photo’s Joel from Joel Strickland Photographics!

Have noticed that in all sports model spy photos so far that the interior roof is all a light grey colour now… have they steered away from the dark interior roof and A pillars compared to the VE?
