There’s a new member of the Kia family following the 2015 model year updates for the Kia Cerato. The Kia Cerato S Premium sits between the S and Si models, and has some great features standard for just $24,590 (plus on-roads).

The extra standard features include satellite navigation, rear view camera, 7-inch touch screen, 16-inch alloy wheels, auto headlights, and a DVD player.

Depending on what lifestyle you have, there’s a choice of a 4-door sedan or 5-door hatch. Under the hood you’ll find the same motor, and safety features as the base S model. This means there’s a 1.8litre GDi engine, six airbags, ABS, ESC, cruise control, front and rear parking sensors, and keyless remote.

In addition to the launch of the S Premium grade the 2015 Cerato upgrades will see satellite navigation as standard in S Premium, Si and SLi while the 6-speed manual transmission will be available only on the S model. All other grades will have the 6-automatic as standard.

Si and SLi models in sedan and hatch will continue to offer the 2.0-litre GDi engine.
