In case you didn’t see on our Facebook page, Jaguar has announced its Jaguar F-Type Coupe pricing for Australia will be from $119,900 – excluding all on road costs. Which seems like an absolute bargain!!!

The Jaguar F-Type Coupe – we are in love already

For what we are extremely excited to see, the F-Type Coupe will be the best handling, performance-focused sports car Jaguar has ever produced. And if you’re so inclined to be purchasing one, you will have a choice of three variants: F-Type, F-Type S, and the outlandish F-Type R.

The most exciting of the bunch, the F-Type R, is a 5.0 litre Supercharged V8 engine producing 404kW of power and a sizeable 680Nm of torque. All of which will launch you from 0-100km/h in about 4.2 seconds.

Top speed? Well that’s limited to 300km/h, a speed you will never reach legally on our roads here (except in the NT).

If you’re wanting something a little more tame, the F-Type S Coupe and the F-Type Coupe is powered by the 3.0 litre Supercharged V6 engine that produces 280kW/460Nm and 250kW/450Nm respectively. Unfortunately this means the 0-100km/h times are a little slower, but they’re still respectable at 4.9 seconds and 5.3 seconds respectively.

What excites us so much about the F-Type Coupe is that the F-Type Convertible is just a sensational vehicle, and early reports say that the Coupe is so much better again. That is partially in thanks to the now solid roof and lighter weight.

Unfortunately all of the pricing excludes on road costs, but you’d be confident in expecting Porsche Cayman type drive away pricing. (That’s a lot of car for what you’re getting).
