It seems that BMW are following the same route as Lamborghini with special edition after special edition. The current generation M3 is so close to stopping production to get ready for the launch of the new ‘4 Series and M4’ but to get customers through the door and to help with pushing the last few cars BMW Australia is releasing another Pure Edition (this makes it Pure Edition number 3).
The difference with this Pure Edition Coupe’ is that pricing is aggressive. Starting at $125,000, including GST and LCT, this special edition has been tailored for the driving enthusiast in mind compared to the regular M3. Whilst some ‘comfort’ features aren’t included you do get Bi-Xenon Headlights, Navigation System Professional, Bluetooth and USB audio interface, storage and lights package, Anti-dazzle interior rear view mirror, Park Distance control front and rear as well as the distinctive Carbon Fibre Roof.
It’s still a long list of features, but you would expect that of a car of this calibre. For the interior of the M3 Pure Coupe’ there are some changes including Anthracite cloth with black leather upholstered seats and Titanium Shadow interior trim as standard.
If that isn’t enough for you, all options for the M3 have had their prices revised which should make for some great value buying for those who like their options.
The M3 Pure Coupe’ isn’t limited in numbers available, but there is a time limit as production is coming to a stop. We’d recommend getting into your dealer quickly to make sure you don’t miss out on owning what is arguably the most popular M3 BMW has ever made.
